The Mondol Group of Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts & Finance professional to join their team as Sr. Officer/Asst. Manager (Accounts & Finance). This role involves supporting the corporate financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and financial reporting.
To be successful in this position, you should possess:
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, IFRS/IAS
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Experience with ERP software, such as Tally or similar systems
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Effective communication and documentation skills
Given the nature of this role, emphasis should be placed on local experience, particularly in the garments industry. A background working for a group of companies would be an added advantage. Compliance or field-based work experience is also desirable.
In terms of education, a Master's degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable institution is required. Professional certifications such as CA CC, CMA, ACCA Applied Skills will be viewed favorably.
When presenting your qualifications and experience, focus on practical use rather than theoretical knowledge. Highlight instances where you have successfully implemented financial analysis to support decision-making, worked with ERP software, or ensured compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
