Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workplace culture. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
- Develop and enforce HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate training programs, orientation sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Support payroll, HR reporting, and benefits administration.
- Act as a communication bridge between employees and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Handle special assignments, recruitment events, and urgent HR needs on short notice.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications preferred).
- Experience: 6–12 months of experience in recruitment, HR management, or a related role. Strong domestic hiring experience is essential.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and employee relations skills.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, HR tools, Google Sheets, and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work with remote teams and diverse international cultures.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
