PRE‑APPLICATION PREPARATION GUIDE
For the position of Trainer / Instructor at LCBS Dhaka – Pabna Branch (Opening Soon)


1. UNDERSTAND THE PROFILE
• The institute is a leading professional training centre that will soon operate a new campus in Pabna Sadar.
• You will be expected to deliver courses in one or more of the following areas:
– Digital Marketing
– Graphic Design
– Web Development & Programming
– Artificial Intelligence (AI)
– Accounting for Freelancing & VAT/Tax
– MS Excel
– Computer Operations
– Plumbing, Electrical Installation & Maintenance (EIM)
– Solar Technology
– Fashion Design
– Language training (English, Japanese, Korean, Arabic)

2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS – WHAT TO HAVE ON FILE
• Higher Secondary (HSC) or a Bachelor’s degree – subject‑wise qualification preferred (e.g., B.Sc. in Computer Science for programming, B.Des. for graphic design, B.A. in English for language teaching, etc.).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in teaching, training, or industry work related to the above skill sets.
• Demonstrated work in a college, training institute, or school environment.

3. DOCUMENTS TO GATHER
– Certified copies of all academic certificates (HSC, Bachelor’s degree, any diplomas).
– Detailed resume highlighting:
• Academic background (include subjects studied).
• Professional experience (role, organization, duration, responsibilities).
• Specific projects or courses you have delivered in any of the listed areas.
• Any certifications (Google Digital Marketing, Adobe Creative Cloud, Cisco, Microsoft, language proficiency tests, etc.).
– Portfolio of work (links to websites you built, designs you created, AI models you trained, marketing campaigns you managed, etc.).
– Reference letters from previous employers or academic supervisors (preferably from institutions similar to LCBS).

4. SKILL‑DEVELOPMENT CHECKLIST
• Refresh core concepts of the subject you will teach – use the latest curriculum or industry standards.

• Update practical demonstrations:

5. PRE‑INTERVIEW PREPARATION

b. Know the local context:
