• Site management – scheduling, resource allocation, labour supervision and coordination with sub‑contractors.
• Safety management – thorough understanding of local construction safety regulations and the ability to enforce site‑wide safety protocols.
• Reporting – drafting concise daily and weekly progress reports for senior management.
• Software – competence in MS Office, especially Excel for BOQ and inventory; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and CAD software is advantageous.

4. DOCUMENT PREPARATION
